Hey everyone. I’m Anne Healy, the Founder and Managing Director of Insights to Grow On. It always feels nice to have a heart-to-heart chat with a brand owner to learn about their vision and aspirations, along with the challenges they face. I’ve worked as a marketing innovator for over 25 years across a rich mix of categories, helping iconic brands find new ways to grow and setting the stage for new ones. I have leveraged the power of insights to shape business strategy, inspire innovation and create compelling marketing campaigns.

I’m often asked why I started my marketing consultancy. Throughout my professional life, I discovered that what came naturally to me was not necessarily the case for others. I knew how to enhance innovation by uncovering and then translating powerful insights into breakthrough solutions. It comes from a part of me that loves observing human behavior, understanding motivations, and considering possibilities.
